so wait im confused. in this efed, the winners to matches aren't based on who had the better rp?

Let's put it this way, since I'm sure people are REALLY anxious on the answer on this, so it's more appropriate that I explain the method of my madness myself.
The efed started originally with results being simmed ENTIRELY in WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw then SVR2006 and 2008. I personally have a problem with the games AI being dumbed down in each new entry, which is why I turned towards Fire Pro Wrestling Returns (PS2) as an alternative. Not only that I have COMPLETE control on AI settings, I'm also able to have the ENTIRE roster (game allows 500 CAWs total) on ONE memory card instead of shuffling between my 4 memory cards for each weekly/monthly event.
OVRs/stats/parameters are done to fit your division - Vixens are normally higher than Divas, Main Eventers are higher than Mid-Carders and so on. With the way FPR works, ANYONE is game to win, given the situation and what the AI priorizes/capitalizes on to pick up a win - BUT let it be said that I often reverse decisions from the game if I feel one party put more into their roleplay/storyline for the feud/upcoming match and I would give them the win their favor. That way, those of you who are pouring your souls in roleplays and storylines aren't losing to someone who NEVER roleplays in the least, so it acts as a balancing act. This in my opinion, is MUCH more fair than one person judging who roleplays better than another as I honestly don't think anyone is qualified to do that as that's not fair/comforting to anyone's confidence level. To me, an efed is about having fun and creating good storylines with the friends you make here.

Basically, it's like being in a real fed except the matches themselves aren't pre-determined. Your rp well and as often as required, you will climb the ladder. Don't, and you're jobbing to a sandwich (or worse. TRUST ME.).

Thats why I think this efed is great. The results process is very fair but most importantly this place is a lot of fun too ;D Where else would you see ULTIMATE sandwich win

While promos or lack thereof may affect your stats, the matches themselves are simmed. ZX would be able to elaborate more onthis process as I am not involved at all.
