Short Bio:
Marcus began his career in ZXWWF in late 2007, fequently tagging with Kirsten's then-boyfriend, Jared. After Kirsten dumped Jared, she and Marcus began dating shortly after. The two broke up within months, which caused Kirsten to get Marcus fired, which forced him back to Australia. The two eventually got back together and Marcus also managed to get his job with ZXWWF back. His first PPV appearance was a Deathmatch Championship match, which he lost. Marcus then began helping Kirsten take on Mariah and ZX, defeating them at Summertime Suffering in a Glass Tables Match.
The two continued to work alongside each other for a while but eventually went their separate ways. Marcus wasn't involved on Xplosion for several weeks but returned at a Riot Preview Battle Royal, where Marcus managed to defeat almost every man on the roster to earn the last entry spot in the Riot Match. When that match came around, Marcus just fell short of winning. At ZXWWF 'Mania IV, Marcus was successful in capturing the Deathmatch Championship from Samoa Joe in a 30 minute Scramble Match.
Marcus engaged in a feud with Samoa Joe, Bryan Danielson and The Master, often tagging with Christopher Daniels. Marcus dropped the Deathmatch Championship to Samoa Joe in a triple threat match against Samoa Joe and The Big Show. After Kirsten left the Vixen Division to take part in the Deathmatch Division, the two worked together again to take on Samoa Joe and Cheerleader Melissa. Annoyed at Kirsten stealing his spotlight, Marcus and Kirsten began to feud amongst each other, ending with Marcus defeating Kirsten at Pick Your Poison. He was then involved in a feud with Samoa Joe again, as well as Cheerleader Melissa, Raven and Rhino.
Marcus was successful in a Monsters Ball match at the start of year, capturing the Deathmatch Championship from Cheerleader Melissa. After sorting out their differences, Marcus started to work with girlfriend Kirsten to feud with Jimmy Jacobs & Lacey over the title.
After losing the title to Jacobs, Marcus alligned himself with former Tag Team Champions, the Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, Melina) in order to take on new title holders the Future Legends (Cheerleader Melissa, Samoa Joe) and Jacobs.
