Short Description of Wrestler:
- Melissa began wrestling in 1999, where she gained her cheerleading gimmick while managing a tag team in Japan. She's worked in the WWE, facing the likes of Ivory, Molly Holly, Jazz and Victoria in tryout matches. Instead of staying there, Melissa went back to working primarily in SHIMMER and Chickfight.
- She joined TNA as a manager, assosciating herself with Awesome Kong, known as Raisha Saeed, where she was forced to hid her real identity and cover up her entire face and body. When she did wrestle, she lost. Feeling things weren't working out there, Melissa eventually left and joined ZXWWF.
- She instantly made her mark within the company, defeating then Women's Champion Kristal Heart in her debut in a non-title match. Melissa then went on to issue several open challenges. She defeated Emily the first week and Kelly Calvin, a woman just at ZXWWF for one night only the next. The final week of her open challenges, her challenge was answered by Daizee Haze, but before the match even got under way, Daizee was attacked by Lacey, helping to give Melissa yet another easy win.
- Melissa teamed up with Lacey and Talia Summers the next week to take on Angelina Love, Velvet Sky and Daizee Haze. Melissa pinned Angelina following the Kudo Driver. At the PPV Pick Your Poison, Melissa interfered in the Vixen Championship triple threat match between Kirsten, Mariah and Raven, taking all three women out before stealing both the Vixen title and the Women's title. The next week on Xplosion, she aligned herself with Samoa Joe, who stole the Deathmatch Championship from Jon Angels himself. The two beat down the returning ZX during his segment at the end of the show, much to the satisfaction of D-Mob.
- Cheerleader Melissa then took part in a fatal fourway match to determine the new number one contender for the Vixen Championship. She defeated Kirsten, Raven and Lise Starr after pinning Raven. Straight after the match, she and Samoa Joe were made to return the titles back to their rightful owners, which ended with the duo beating down the champions again.
- When Melissa's championship match rolled round the next week, she managed to defeat Mariah to successfully capture the Vixen Championship! Only a few days later, Melissa defeated Women's Champion Candice Michelle and VWA Diva's Champion Victoria in a triple threat match by forcing Candice to submit. This meant Melissa could now call herself the Undisputed Woman of 2008.
- Melissa was then thrown into an 'alliance' with Women's Champion Candice Michelle as the two were set to take on Women's Tag Team Champions Angelina Love and Velvet Sky at Riot Control, where the winners would not have to defend their titles at the next PPV. Melissa and Candice won after Candice pinned Velvet Sky.
- Melissa began to feud with Kirsten, where the two squared off at ZXWWF 'Mania for the Vixen Championship. Melissa DQ-ed herself but GM Anesthesia explained that the title would change hands via DQ, therefore giving Kirsten the championship.
- Cheerleader Melissa lost her rematch for the title after intereference from Justice. She then blamed her losses on Anesthesia and challenged her to a match at Patriotic Punishment, where Melissa won. That win not only meant Melissa's losses would be taken off the records and she would remain 'undefeated' but Anesthesia would lose her job as GM.
